What to send

- Vector files: DXF, DWG, SVG, AI or vector PDF.
- Other formats: send it anyway and we will confirm whether we can work with it.
- Large files: paste a WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link into the form.
Spec sheet
- Board dimensions: length, width and thickness.
- Material thickness, if you already have it defined.
- Units you need.
- Whether you want to add Single, to also get the Paulownia for deck, bottom and rails.
Tip: name every part or layer in your file (rib 01, stringer, nose…). Your quote comes back sooner, with no back-and-forth.

Service terms
What you should know
before you send.
- No-commitment quoteEvery quote states the price, the estimated lead time and how long it is valid. Cutting only starts once you accept it and complete payment.
- Your design, your technical responsibilityParts are cut according to the file and spec sheet you approve. The geometry, dimensions and performance of the board depend on your design.
- Design rightsBy sending your files you declare that you own the design or are authorized to manufacture it, and you accept responsibility for any third-party claims.
- ConfidentialityYour files are used only to prepare your quote and manufacture your order. They are never shared with third parties or used for other products. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Custom orderBecause it is made to your specifications, this service is not eligible for the right of withdrawal (art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If a part does not match the approved file, the legal guarantee applies. Returns and warranty.
