Version: 11 August 2026. Read these terms before placing an order.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern sales made through WOODKIT.PRO and form part of the contract. By selecting the mandatory acceptance checkbox and submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted them. Mandatory consumer-protection rules prevail over any incompatible provision.
Seller and contact
WOODKIT.PRO is the trading name of the seller legally and fiscally identified in the Legal Notice, invoice and order confirmation. Contract and after-sales contact: info@woodkit.pro. Before the public launch, the complete legal name, tax ID, registered address and registration details must be displayed permanently.
Consumer or professional buyer
A consumer purchases outside a trade, business or profession. A professional or business buyer purchases for its activity, including instructors, workshops, distributors and nodes. The buyer must select the correct status and provide a valid legal name and Tax ID/VAT number. Any exemption or reverse-charge treatment is subject to validation; entering a VAT number does not automatically remove tax.
Products and materials
Kits are wooden systems and components intended for the uses described on each product page. Images, renders and samples are illustrative. Wood is a natural material: grain, shade, acceptable knots and minor dimensional or finish variations within reasonable technical tolerances are not, by themselves, a lack of conformity. Written specifications confirmed for an order prevail over generic promotional material.
Use, compatibility and advice
Before purchase, the buyer must verify dimensions, compatibility, tools, workspace, local rules and suitability for the intended use. Unless expressly contracted, WOODKIT does not provide architecture, engineering, structural calculation, certification, installation or site-supervision services. Assembly instructions, operating limits and safety warnings are mandatory.
Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when WOODKIT sends an acceptance or production/preparation confirmation, not merely an automated receipt. Before acceptance, WOODKIT may reject or cancel for unavailability, an obvious price or specification error, fraud risk, legal restrictions or logistical impossibility, refunding all amounts collected.
Prices, VAT and invoicing
Catalogue prices may be displayed excluding VAT to support professional purchasing. For B2C transactions, checkout will display the VAT-inclusive total applicable to the destination before payment. Final product prices, discounts, shipping and taxes are those in the order confirmation. Invoices use the legal name and Tax ID/VAT supplied; the buyer is responsible for accuracy and must request corrections promptly.
Import duties and destination charges
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, import duties, import taxes, customs clearance, storage, carrier brokerage, inspections, currency conversion and other destination charges are NOT included. The recipient acts as importer and is responsible for documents, permits and payments required by the destination country. Refusal or abandonment due to unpaid charges does not cancel the debt, and legally chargeable return, storage, disposal and administration costs may be deducted from any refund.
Payment and checks
Payment must be made through the methods enabled at checkout. WOODKIT may conduct anti-fraud checks and request non-sensitive information reasonably needed to verify identity, ownership or the transaction. Production and dispatch may be suspended until payment is effectively confirmed. Full card details must never be sent by email or messaging.
Production, customisation and changes
Manufacturing and preparation lead times are estimates unless a written essential date is agreed. Once an order is accepted or production has started, changes require written approval and may change price and timing. For goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory withdrawal right may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Delivery and transport
Delivery is made to the confirmed address. The buyer must provide full details and suitable access. Shipping is calculated by box and logistics family; as a commercial guide, a box may hold up to 3 kits and the LONG family up to 2, subject to volume, weight, safety and destination. WOODKIT may reasonably split shipments. For consumers, risk transfers on physical receipt; for professional buyers, the agreed delivery term applies and, if none is agreed, on receipt.
Receipt, damage and shortages
The recipient should inspect packages externally on delivery, record visible reservations with the carrier and retain packaging and photographs. Consumers should report damage or shortages as soon as reasonably possible, without reducing statutory rights. Professional buyers must report visible damage within 48 hours and hidden damage or shortages within 7 calendar days, providing order number, labels, photographs and details; these periods do not cover defects that could not reasonably be detected.
B2C withdrawal and returns
Where legally applicable, a consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason by sending an unequivocal notice to info@woodkit.pro. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless law or the offer provides otherwise. Goods must be returned complete, protected and without handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning. There is no statutory withdrawal right for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Nothing here limits remedies for lack of conformity.
B2B cancellations and returns
Confirmed professional orders, work already in production and customised goods are not cancellable or returnable without WOODKIT’s written authorisation. An authorised B2B return requires a return number, resaleable condition and suitable packaging; reasonable shipping, refurbishment, depreciation and administration costs may be deducted. Defective goods are handled under the applicable warranty, not this commercial returns policy.
Conformity and warranty
Consumers retain all mandatory statutory guarantees and remedies; in Spain, WOODKIT is liable for a lack of conformity appearing within the statutory period applicable to goods. For professional buyers, unless more favourable written terms apply, the commercial warranty is 12 months from delivery and is limited, at WOODKIT’s option, to repair, replacement or credit for the affected component. Wear, unsuitable storage, moisture, unintended exposure, incorrect assembly, off-specification use, impact, insufficient maintenance and unauthorised modifications are excluded.
Safety and assembly
Assembly must be carried out by a competent person following instructions and using appropriate protection, tools and fixings. The buyer must not use damaged components or exceed stated loads, environmental conditions or uses. Assembly must stop and advice be requested before improvising a solution. Training, remote support and educational content do not replace a technical assessment or local regulatory review.
Intellectual property and brand
Designs, plans, text, photographs, videos, methods, brands and training materials are protected. Purchase grants only the right to use the purchased product for its lawful purpose. It does not authorise copying, manufacturing for third parties, reselling files, removing notices, registering derivative rights or using WOODKIT to imply certification, sponsorship or membership of the professional, instructor or node network without written agreement.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. In B2B relationships, WOODKIT is not liable for loss of profit, production, business, data, reputation or indirect loss; aggregate contractual liability is limited to the net amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law or a different written agreement applies.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including disasters, fire, conflict, general strikes, epidemics, shutdowns, critical shortages, energy or transport disruption and public measures. WOODKIT will provide information and take reasonable measures. If the impediment continues substantially, any statutory termination rights will apply.
Data and communications
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy to manage accounts, orders, tax, fraud prevention, shipping, warranty and legal duties. Transactional order and account communications are necessary to perform the contract. Marketing communications require an independent lawful basis or consent and include an unsubscribe option.
Law, complaints and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. The parties will first try to resolve complaints in writing. Consumers may use the courts competent under applicable law. For B2B contracts, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by mandatory law, the courts at the seller’s domicile have jurisdiction.
Entire agreement, versions and language
The order confirmation, product page, accepted quotation and these terms form the contract. The applicable version is the version in force when the order is placed and will be retained with the acceptance record. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues. For B2B transactions, the Spanish version prevails if translations differ; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
